The BYU Political Affairs Society (BYUPAS) student chapter is the official student organization of the BYU Political Science Department. Our chapter is affiliated with the national BYUPAS alumni organization and with Pi Sigma Alpha, the national political science honor society. BYUPAS is dedicated to serving students who have interests in applied politics and connect them with alumni, faculty, and friends of the University. Whether members are looking to begin a career in applied politics or connect with BYU alumni working in political fields, BYUPAS strives to provide students with the tools necessary to achieve success. Students from any major who are interested in politics may join BYUPAS and be actively involved.
