Negotiations and Conflict Management (Nov. 18) Kris Tina Carlston, an attorney and advisor in the BYU Pre-Professional office, and Greg Danklef of HRD will show how to successfully manage the negotiation framework to achieve positive, win-win results.

Diet and Cardiovascular Disease: Part 2 - Well & Wise (Nov. 4) Dr. Tucker will teach about the effects of diet on the cardiovascular system. This informative seminar is sure to motivate you to improve your diet and increase your chance for a healthy heart and a long and healthy life.

Lean Santa - Health Challenge (Nov. 16 – Jan. 2) Get ready to look your best this holiday by participating in our popular holiday weight maintenance challenge. This year we’ve added a new twist of getting to bed by 10:30 p.m. at least three nights a week – designed to help you enjoy a healthy and invigorating holiday season.

Expressing Gratitude - Well & Wise (Nov. 18) Gratitude is a simple act that produces immediate emotional and physical benefits. Dean Barley, of BYU’s Comprehensive Clinic, will discuss a bedrock strategy to sustainably increase life satisfaction through counting blessings and expressing gratitude.

RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS:

November 13 is the start date for the FREE “Managing Safety at BYU” class from 8 a.m. to noon in 2001A of the JKB. Hurry, seats are filling fast.
