33rd Annual Hunger Banquet

Friday, February 23
7:00 PM - 8:50 PM
WSC Ballroom

For over three decades, the BYU Hunger Banquet has been a longstanding tradition marking the end of BYU's Care Week. This experience is designed to help attendees understand global inequality through an enriching evening featuring live entertainment, speakers, and dinner.

At 5:30 p.m. attendees can explore opportunities to engage with international development issues at the Involvement Fair in the Wilkinson Center Garden Court.

At 7:00 p.m. the dinner and program will follow in the Wilkinson Center Ballroom. At the dinner, guests will be randomly assigned social classes, indulge in income-level meals, and assume immersive roles throughout the evening.

Profits, alongside additional donations, will be donated to support an international development non-profit, with the beneficiary to be unveiled during the Hunger Banquet.

This event is put on by the Students for International Development Club (SID), BYU Office of Sustainability, and the Ballard Center for Social Impact.

Online Ticket Purchases will end at 8 p.m. on Friday, February 24th. Tickets can still be purchased at the door before the event starts. All proceeds will be donated.
