How has cinema represented environmental crisis? How have these crises, in turn, forced us to re-think what it means to be human and how we imagine ourselves within the natural world? Using examples and clips from International Cinema’s Anthropocene Cinema series (winter 2020), we will explore the nature of cinema in the Anthropocene.
