Affairs Fellowship Programs
CFR is seeking candidates for the 2024–25 International Affairs Fellowship programs. The programs offer unique opportunities for mid-career professionals with a demonstrated commitment to a career in foreign policy to gain experience in a new environment. Applicants with a background in technology are encouraged to apply. Selected fellows broaden their perspective of foreign affairs either by pursuing work in a policymaking setting or conducting research in an academic environment. Applicants must be U.S. citizens.

PDRI/DevLab@Pen at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for its predoctoral fellowship. The program seeks to provide hands-on research experience to early career researchers and expand the representation of researchers from low and lower-middle income countries in international development research.
